How To Lose 8 Kg's Weight In 7 Days

Have a big party coming up in few weeks? Are you a to be bride? It is believed that you will be able to reduce about 5 to 8 kilograms in weight when you follow the diet plan exactly as mentioned.

Day One

When following the GM diet plan program, the first day is the most important day. According to the GM diet plan says that the first day of the diet must be a complete fruit diet day. You can choose  whatever fruit that you like but avoid bananas for day 1. Some of the fruits that you can take are  watermelons and cantaloupe. You are also supposed to drink about 8 to 12 glasses of water , do not even touch any other food items,not even vegetables.

Day Two

Day two is the opposite of day one this day you are allowed to have only vegetables throughout the day. It can be taken as both raw as well as cooked. But make sure that you do not use any sort of oil while cooking vegetables. Some of the recommended vegetables are cooked beans, raw and cooked carrot, broccoli, cucumber, boiled bottle and ridge gourd, boiled cabbage,lettuce etc. along with this make sure that you consume 8 to 12 glasses of water along with a strict veggies.

Day Three

On the third day of your GM weight loss plan you can consume both vegetables and fruits. Do not take  potatoes and  bananas. You can alternate between the pattern you follow, for example,  You a fruit diet in the morning followed by a veggie diet in the afternoon or vice versa. Make sure you don't skip the water intake.

Day Four

Day four is filled with a banana and milk diet. You will need at least 8 to 10 bananas throughout the day along with three glasses of milk. Start your day by having a banana and a glass of milk followed by a couple of bananas as the day progress. For lunch you can take a glass of milk and two bananas . You can also take a couple of bananas in the evening and at night again  couple of bananas followed by a glass of milk.

Day Five

For those people who miss rice day 5 is for you, today you can have a cup of rice for lunch along with six to seven tomatoes throughout the day. Since this can increase the uric acid production in your body, it is recommended  increase the water intake l from 12 glasses to 15 glasses.

Day Six

On day 6  you will be allowed to take a cup of rice in the afternoon for lunch along with an all  vegetable diet for the rest of the day. It is also important for you to make sure that you drink 8 to 12 glasses of water. Ny sixth day you must be feeling way lighter than u normally had.

Day Seven

The final day has arrived and you are allowed to take a cup of rice and all the veggies that you would love to eat along with the fruit juice of your choice. This is considered to be the best day of your entire diet regime  as the options are up to you and there are no constraints.
